Just Friday

NEWS FLASH!!! An update from yesterday: NO! I will NOT be paying the $238.19 my mobile phone provider charged me!! Good has triumphed over evil!! Daddy has saved the day!! Yep, that's right. My dad called last night and threw down all over their behinds! He opened up a big can of 'oh no you don't' and had them all quaking in their boots!....OK.....so actually he just happened to get a really nice customer service guy who looked over all the records, realized they had made a mistake, and took the charges off my bill. Dad didn't even have to make any empty threats or get mean......but he SO would have...!!! My world is once again.......at peace. No more stress.

Oh, speaking of stress.....Good things came out of having to go through my "unfortunate billing incident".....I now have a freshly clean room and bathroom. :) When I get stressed, or upset, or just all.....grrrr....or something, I get it in me to either clean or cook [mainly baking] like crazy. I didn't really feel much like cooking, so cleaning was my ‘destressor’ of choice last night....

OK, so was last's night storm not AWESOME!??!!?! I was awakened at around 2:30 to some of the LOUDEST BOOMING thunder I am pretty sure I have ever heard [that I can remember]. I could see through the cracks in my blinds the lightning....it was large and CLOSE [that would explain the loud thunder]. Anyway, I personally thought it was AWESOME! A little loud, but SOO COOL! So I say....way to go GOD! :)

On my way to work this morning, I passed about a dozen horse trailers and realized that it is that time of year again….yes, it is Rodeo time….ugh. I have to say, I am not a fan. Sorry to all those who are, but I am entitled to my opinion. I have lived in Chickendale, a.k.a. home of the Rodeo of the Ozarks, for….um…..17 years [wow!], and luckily only have had to endure said rodeo once when I was taken by a friend 2 or 3 years ago [hey…she went to Spain with me, so it was the least I could do…;)]. The crowd at this event is………hmmm……interesting ….yes….that is it……they are interesting. I am a fan of people watching, and so when I went, I think I had more fun watching those who came to watch the rodeo than the rodeo itself. Wow, I could really talk a while about this…..am thinking of all this stuff….this might have to be its own blog post! Ha!

This is getting long, so I am going to end my random rabble for now…..so...carry on!
