Adventures in Technology

Hmmm….I’ve been here before….I’m sure of it…..
Ok….so….. didn’t I just have phone problems??? I seem to recall a recent blog addressing something of the sort…..ah, yes…right here. A few weeks ago I expressed my frustrations with my phone. I received a replacement from my handy dandy mobile phone provider, and I assumed that it was the end of that particular problem. Well, I assumed wrong, wrong, wrong…. :(

My new replacement phone is having the exact same problem as my old phone….. It is the strangest thing. And no, I didn’t accidentally send the new phone back to Cingular instead of the bad phone [the customer support guy had to ask to make sure…..I am not that scatterbrained….:P]. I just don’t get it. I am beginning to think that I am somehow using my phone improperly or something. Like I am the problem…..hmmm... I mean, how can the replacement phone have the exact same problem as my old one?? Very strange. But, Cingular is being as helpful as they can. They are express shipping a replacement phone to replace my…..uh….replacement phone…., and I don’t have to pay for the shipping.:)

If this happens again (and I really hope it doesn’t…..) I may take them up of the offer to upgrade my phone (even though I just upgraded…..and the free “upgrade” they offer now is a lower model than my current phone….).

2nd verse same as the first…. :) :)

Maybe I should move somewhere where cell phones aren’t needed…….

Husband had horrible issues with is phone as well - multiple phones, I should say. He switched brands, and no more issues; at least on the phone's part.
